We are a company specialising in Project Control and Project Management, comprising professionals with international experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Steel, Shipbuilding, Power, Data Centre and Renewable Energy sectors, and more generally in EPC projects.

- Share measures to mitigate delays and/or ways of addressing the impacts of external events, changes to the implementation strategy, changes to the scope of work, force majeure and implementation errors.
